About these terms
These terms cover the use of this website and the quote requests you send through it. By sending a request you agree to what is set out below.
Quotes and pricing
Any price we give from photos or a description is an estimate. The crew confirms the final price with you on site before starting the work. If the job turns out to be larger than the photos showed, we tell you the revised price first and you decide whether to go ahead.
Booking and scheduling
A date you request through the form is a preference, not a confirmed booking. A job is only booked once we have replied and agreed the time with you. If we are running late or need to move a visit, we will contact you.
What we will not take
We do not handle hazardous material, including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste or anything flammable. If we arrive and find items of this kind, they will be left in place and the price will be adjusted for the work we can do.
Access and property
Please make sure we can reach the items and that anything valuable you want kept is moved out of the way first. We take care in and around your property. Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow doorways, gates, lifts or anything else that affects access.
Your responsibility for the items
By asking us to remove items, you confirm you own them or have permission to have them removed. Check the load before we leave. Once items have been hauled away they cannot be returned.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless we have agreed something different with you in writing beforehand.
